Day 12 and I'm trying to get past a lot of negative feelings. I've not been sleeping well (I mentioned this already didn't I?) which is leaving me pretty grumpy in the a.m. and so tired by 7:30 p.m. that I'm just going straight to bed after yoga exhausted - which always scares me that I'm having a Hash attack - I know I'm not but, being tired like this always sets off warning bells. My skin is pretty rashy/dry so I'm going to try putting more flax oil into my daily diet and looking for coconut oil so I can alternate between the two. And take some vitamin D drops - must snap out of this funk!
