Good Morning Sunshine Granola
- 2 Cups Rolled Oats
- 2C Hulled Sunflower Seeds
- 1/2 C Ground Flax
- 2C Fresh Pureed Pineapple (add a little water if needed to make it nice and soupy)
- 1/4C Maple Syrup
- 1/4C Shredded Coconut
- 3-4T Grated Fresh Ginger (to taste)
- 1T Cinnamon
* Yummy mixed with coconut ice cream or so delicious coconut milk - and a few slices of fresh mango on top.
