
Frozen Chocolate Cherry Custard
- 1 cup soaked cashews (1-2hrs)
- 1/2 cup young coconut meat
- 1 1/4 cups water (reserve and use cherry soak water)
- 1T vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 2.5T cacao powder
- 1/2 Agave Nectar
- 1/2 Cup dried cherries (soaked 1-2 hrs in 1 1/4c fresh water - reserve)
- 1 medium avocado seeded/skinned
