For Salad
- 2 Firm Bosc Pears sliced
- 1 Handful Green Grapes halved
- 4 Medium Leaves of Kale (stems removed and shreddded)
- 1C Baby Spinach
- 1/2 Cup Dandelion Leaves (torn)
- 1tblsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
Dressing
- 3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp of Maple Syrup (or honey)
- 6Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 medium Clove Garlic
- 1/3C Fresh squeezed green apple juice
* just a note sage was one of the herbs recommended for the Heart Chakra - a few leaves of broad leaf sage make a wonderful tea. Minty tasting and helps you sleep. Just brew water as usual throw in 2 or 3 leaves to a cup and let brew about 5 to 10 minutes. Nice sweetened with a little honey.
